RE: POSTPONEMENT OF EMPOWERING BEYOND 2020 

Dear Honored Guests, 

As you know, we have been closely following the impact of the COVID-19 virus and its potential impact on Avasant’s Empowering Beyond Summit. Late this morning, we learned that the County of Los Angeles declared a Public Health Emergency due to the COVID-19 threat. After working closely with local officials and the hotel venue, we regret to inform you that we have decided to postpone the Avasant Empowering Beyond Summit and Avasant Foundation events on March 9 and 10.  These events will be rescheduled to late Q2 2020. 

Moreover, we understand that this might pose an inconvenience for some of you, and we apologize for this postponement. Ultimately, we believe that this is the right decision to ensure the safety and health of our attendees. 

For those of you who had your travel reservation booked by Avasant, we will be managing your flight and hotel cancellations. If you are in need of travel or accommodations assistance, please contact Luz Estevez (luz.estevez@avasant.com) or Jasmin Barba (jasmin.barba@avasant.com).
